the double room is beautiful and new-fashioned. they offer an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat screen tv. the location is good, just off santa maria novella, the river, and the train station, we enjoyed it.

Everyone was affable and pleasant. The location was magnificent and comfortable for Florence, just off Very close to Arno river for nice walks and the center of Florence. Florence Historic Centre district was definitely worth visiting👍

All in all, it was excellent base for travelling to Florence. The location was great and perfect, for example, a cathedral-flanked square was within easy walking distance of the hotel...

Booked a room with a comfortable bed. The café was good for breakfasts. The place had a QUIET atmosphere. The location in a secure area was good and lovely.

Our hotel was in a great location, walk from a train station. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Florence Historic Centre district.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a safe area, short walk to Gamberini coffee shop and Very close to Arno river for nice walks. The queen room was spotless and new-fashioned, with central heating, flat-screen television and a mini bar fridge. Central location was a plus. We ordered lunch at O' Cor 'e Napule, located close to the venue.

Loved the room with a comfortable bed, my bed was nice. A hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets were available there. The hotel was in the central setting very close to everything by foot.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was unbeatable, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location, just above Gamberini coffee shop, was a dream come true for coffee lovers like me. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and AC to ensure a great night's sleep. And let's not forget breakfast - it was delicious! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a nice area, really close to the center of Florence and Santa Maria Novella and main attractions and train station. Central location was a plus. I found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like O' Cor 'e Napule that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

The neighborhood is safe and has plenty of attractions nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming, and there are keys available for easy access in and out of the hotel.

The hotel lacked basic amenities like strong Wi-Fi, good TV, or functional heating.

The bed was comfortable, and overall the room was reasonably large and beautiful. Booked the hotel for its excellent and convenient location just off Very close to Arno river for nice walks, and the ponte vecchio/Uffizi gallery. It also was near the train station.

One highlight of this hotel is its location right above the Gamberini coffee shop. This convenience allows guests to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee just steps away from their room. The proximity to this amazing coffee shop is definitely a plus.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic with no major issues.
